Can not Send or Receive Text Messages on IPhone - How to Fix It

Each iPhone comes with the option to send IMessages (used to exchange messages with iPhone users), and regular SMS messages (used to exchange messages with non-iPhone users). IMessages are displayed in blue, and normal text messages by green bubbles. If iMessage is not available, usually because the service is stopped because of maintenance, you will be able to send regular text messages. But sometimes you may encounter problems with sending and receiving regular texts. Messaging problems are common, but the good news is that these types of problems can be easily solved. If you can not send or receive text messages on the iPhone, both, iMessages and regular texts included, try the solutions below.
Before switching to solutions, just note that to send or receive iMessagess or MMS, you must be connected to a Wi-Fi network or have a mobile data connection. If you want to send regular SMS messages, you need a cellular network connection.

Solution # 1: Reset your iPhone
Most problems can be solved with a reset. It's a simple thing to do, and every time your device starts to behave badly, it's the first thing to try. If your iPhone does not receive an SMS or you can not send messages, follow these steps:
Press and hold the standby / standby button and qmobile i6 metal one firmware download the Home button at the same time
After a few seconds, the screen turns off
Keep pressing the buttons until the screen turns on and you see the Apple logo.
Solution 2: iMessage status
If you have problems with iMessage and your iPhone will not send SMS, will not receive it, or both, make sure the iMessage service works. As we mentioned at the beginning, iMessage may be unavailable at times, usually due to maintenance. If so, all you have to do is wait a moment until the service starts working normally. To see the status of iMessage, visit The Apple System Status page .
Solution 3: iMessage toggle
Another simple solution that can work if your iPhone does not send or receive SMS is to turn off the iMessage and turn it back on.
Go to settings
Tap Messages
Then, turn off iMessage
Wait a few seconds and turn it on again
